Default Do I color match??

So, I got my OSIR lowers and am starting to think maybe I might leave the lowers black?? Should I color match it or leave it black??

Depends on the rest of the theme you're looking to do.
Consider wheel color, brake caliper accent (which are already red), other trim and lighting.
That all can tie in together, or work against it completely.

Yeah, I like the black and really think all red might be too much - based on cars I've seen - but, I think leaving the black leaves it kinda...incomplete.

Maybe a metallic flake is needed.
Maybe a satin, maybe a matte finish.

I did a matte black on my GLI parts, along with the handles and it made for a stunning appearance on my MK4.
Had a few said it looked "unfinished", but had 4-5 times more comment saying it was very sweet.

Yeah, I like it!!! Have a guy that I refer clients to that does a GREAT spray on clear bra. This I'm gonna have him do the black??? $$$$...decisions, decisions!!

If you go matte, you may want to just use plasti-dip and do it yourself. Lots of people have used it to do matching lowers and grills on passats with excellent results.
